More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.

Also contained in this latest image drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling different areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.

More materials released as part of the continuing investigative process.
